The pump which was installed when the car, was built 10 years ago had worn out & now with the new pump in, it is quieter & the oil is cooler again, I bought this exact pump about six years ago for my remote mounted turbo. A transmission fluid pump can quickly solve both of these issues.

The recommended way it should be plumbed is the lower drain plug on the transmission will go to the inlet on the filter, the outlet on the filter goes to the inlet on the cooler, the outlet on the cooler goes to the inlet on the pump, and the outlet on the pump goes to the fill plug location on the transmission.
