My Base AR is just 1k with 1 point into penetrate that goes to 2,4k which is a noticable difference for 2 skill points (1 pierce and 1 penetrate). The lightning bolts are floating in the air, so you need to get to a certain height to collect them, and no, you canât collect them when skydiving or jumping.
